Safety Training That Fits a Busy Day

The Problem

Daily safety training is easy to agree with and hard to keep up. Planning lessons eats into a supervisor's week, attendance lives on paper sign-in sheets, and when an auditor or insurer asks for records, someone has to scramble to pull them together.

What We Built

Toolbox Minute turns safety training into a short daily routine. Workers open a signed one-time link, with no app to install and no password to remember. They watch a short lesson of 1 to 2 minutes that can't be skipped, answer one or two questions drawn from a bank for that lesson and graded on the server, and get back to work.

Every completion is logged with a timestamp, so the company has an audit-ready record without chasing paper. A full year of lessons in English and Spanish comes built in, designed for warehouse and distribution operations today.

What It Does

Key Features

A short daily routine for crews, and a timestamped record for the leaders who run safety training.

No App, No Password

Workers open a signed one-time link that goes straight to today's lesson. There is nothing to install and no account or password to remember.

Short Lessons, Real Checks

Each lesson is a 1 to 2 minute video that can't be skipped, followed by one or two questions drawn from a bank and graded on the server. Badges and a hardhat leaderboard keep crews engaged.

A Full Year of Lessons

The built-in curriculum covers 260 lessons across 52 weeks in five tracks. Every lesson comes in English and Spanish, and the full interface is available in Spanish too.

Mapped to OSHA Standards

Lessons are mapped to 46+ OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards. Citation tables are built into the app, and lessons can be filtered by standard.

Audit-Ready Reports

Every completion is timestamped and ready to show an auditor. Six built-in reports and dashboard charts cover daily activity, individual workers, badges, and trends. The activity report exports to CSV and PDF.

Built to Integrate

A status API answers "did they finish today?" for each worker, and signed webhooks send events to other systems. Public developer docs and a sandbox with a test key make it easy to try, and rosters import by CSV using the company's own employee IDs.

Responsible by Design

Where AI Helps, and Where It Doesn't

Toolbox Minute keeps AI behind the scenes, in lesson production. It helps write lesson scripts and Spanish translations, voices the narration with neural text-to-speech, and screens stock footage. Workers never interact with AI.

Real Footage, Screened by AI

Lessons use real stock footage and photos. AI reviews every clip and image and rejects any that are off topic, low quality, or show an unsafe practice. There is no AI-generated video footage, which would be a liability in safety training.

A Person Publishes Every Video

Generated lesson videos are always saved as drafts, never published automatically. Nothing goes live until an admin publishes it.

Strict Rules for Citations

The AI that drafts lesson scripts is instructed to cite only real, widely known OSHA standards, and never to invent or pad a citation. When it is unsure of a subsection, it cites the top-level standard instead.

Stand-In Images Show Props, Never People

When stock footage falls short, generated images are limited to objects and equipment, never people. AI is never used to show a person doing a task.
